About Ursula
More than just my work
I have 5 kids, the youngest being identical triplets and boy o boy, my home is noisy! I have 2 dachshunds named after Santa's reindeer.
Favourite experiences: canoe camping, listening to the drip of the water from the end of the paddle as we propel ourselves along the river, connecting to my Métis ancestors. Being quiet and alone in Nature brings me a sense of ease, after I let my body ground and calm. I start to notice Her beautiful and whimsical treasures.
"You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves."

How Ursula Helps
Healing Trauma
Sometimes clients feel limited by beliefs, feelings, and circumstances.
I help people understand themselves in a safe and comfortable environment. I screen for trauma and help them heal from it. Then we work on skills to befriend feelings and assess their purpose, help them express their feelings and needs, and get closer to their true genuine selves.
I strive to help clients feel better about themselves in the present moment, feel like they are empowered because of their past, and feel true to themselves as they embrace the future.
