About the Event

This session will take place in a local park. Although the session is 2 hours long, we will cover a very short distance.

Bring water and snacks. Pack your supper with you if you didn't get time to eat. We will practice the 'pack in and pack out' guideline so be prepared to carry your garbage back home with you. 

(No charge for accompanying children under 1; a baby carrier or stroller is recommended.) 

Bring a small cushion or mat to sit on if you do not want to sit on the forest floor.

Dress for the temperature, precipitation, and dirt. Dress in layers. In hot temperatures, wear cotton, a hat, sunscreen and bugspray. In cold weather, wear moisture wicking fabrics such as polyesters and wool.

This program runs rain, snow, or shine. The session will be cancelled if there is active lightning or a weather advisory where people are advised to be indoors. In the event of weather cancellation, clients may reschedule, maintain a credit on their account or receive a full refund.

The provider reserves the right to reschedule due to low attendance.
