How Candace Helps
Healing Trauma
I believe that we all have moments where we can benefit from support and guidance in navigating life’s challenges. My aim is to provide a laid back and safe environment where you can be yourself as we explore your past and present to build resilience in tackling future obstacles. I believe in a holistic approach tailored to each client that blends Eastern and Western psychology to support overall well-being and health. I have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced trauma and look forward to diving deeper into this complex aspect of the human experience. Whether it is a particular concern you have or an overall goal you wish to achieve in your mental health, I look forward to peeling back the layers and exploring new insights together.
